Overview
CRTV SRVCS is a platform for churches (“we,” “us”); Comms Planner is its communications-planning module. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our marketing site and the CRTV SRVCS application.
Information we collect
We collect:
- Account information — your name, email address, church/organization name, and role, when you request access or create an account.
- Content you create — campaigns, announcements, calendars, drafts, and uploaded files you add to the app, which belong to your church.
- Interest and contact submissions — the name, email, church, and message you provide through our forms.
- Usage and device data — standard log information such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, used to operate and secure the service.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the service.
- To respond to your requests, including beta-access and support inquiries.
- To send service-related messages and, where you've expressed interest, occasional product updates (each marketing email includes an unsubscribe link).
- To protect the service against fraud, abuse, and security threats, and to comply with legal obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf to run the platform, including:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
- Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing.
- Postmark — transactional and marketing email delivery.
- Vercel — application and website hosting.
- Anthropic — AI-assisted drafting (content you submit for drafting is processed to generate suggestions).
Tenant isolation
Each church is an isolated tenant. Your church's content is scoped to your church and is not shared with or visible to other churches using the platform.
Cookies
The application uses essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember preferences such as light/dark mode. The marketing site uses minimal cookies necessary for its operation.
Data retention
We retain account and content data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your data as described below; some records may be retained where required for legal, security, or accounting purposes.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and row-level access controls, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and limit access to it.
Your choices and rights
- You can access or update your account information from within the app.
- You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in each message.
- You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us through the form on our site.
Children's privacy
The service is intended for use by church staff and volunteers and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
